About Me
I chose HealthPoint because of its approach to integrating mental health into the medical setting, with collaboration, access, and community at the forefront. I also believe that high-quality care, especially holistic care, is a right that should be given to all people. My clinical areas of interest include trauma, veterans, chronic pain, third-wave, and contextual behavioral approach, interpersonal neurobiology, and polyvagal theory.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy spending time with family, taking our dogs to the dog park, hunting birds, playing billiards, exploring Washington State, and discovering new breweries.
