About Me
I chose HealthPoint because I am passionate about equitable and holistic integrated behavioral health care. My professional areas of interest include trauma-informed and person-centered care, medical trauma related to chronic and invisible illness/disabilities, chronic health management (i.e., asthma, diabetes, etc.), working with the neurodiverse community, and utilizing various types of trauma-focused interventions to support individuals in both brief interventions and traditional models of individual therapy.
Outside the clinic, I love hiking and biking, visiting new bookstores and farmers' markets, and spending time with my service dog.
