About Me
I chose HealthPoint because of its focus on equitable care and its passion for providing accessible care. I believe it is vital to meet patients where they are in clinical treatment by providing education, skills, and other resources that can empower them to gain more agency over their treatment. My passion for caring for others encompasses accessibility and equitable treatment, and HealthPoint does both to improve patient and community health. My special interest areas include Chronic pain, psycho-oncology, sleep concerns, gender-affirming care, LGBTQ+ affirming care, chronic health management (i.e., diabetes, hypertension, etc.), relationship concerns, managing life changes, anxiety, depression, and helping those with difficulty controlling anger.
In my free time, I enjoy playing music including guitar and bass, hiking/urban walks, reading, painting, photography, board games, and traveling.
