About HealthPoint

Partners

HealthPoint works with many organizations to provide care and support to our communities. Here are just a few of our community partners.

Community Health Network of Washington (CHNW)

CHNW promotes public policies that increase access to health insurance and health care for all Washington residents. HealthPoint and CHNW partner on advocacy efforts at the state level.

Global to Local (G2L)

Global to Local builds on the expertise of Washington’s global health institutions to bring strategies that have proven effective in developing countries to underserved communities in the United States. G2L uses innovative, holistic, and community-driven solutions to address health and economic disparities. G2L was created through a partnership between HealthPoint, Seattle and King County Public Health, Swedish Health Services, Washington Global Health Alliance, and the cities of SeaTac and Tukwila.

Health Care for the Homeless Network

This Public Health – Seattle & King County program provides individuals experiencing homelessness access to primary care and other vital services like mental health care and chemical dependency treatment.

Highline, Renton, and Federal Way Public Schools

HealthPoint operates school-based clinics in Evergreen, Highline,  Renton, TAF@Saghalie, Thomas Jefferson, and Tyee High Schools.  Students can receive medical care and support without needing to leave campus. School-based health centers offer immunizations, sports physicals, routine medical care, reproductive health services, and behavioral health care. These clinics are open to all students in the district, not just those attending the school in which they are located, and are often an important point of care for youth experiencing homelessness.

Kaleidoscope Annual Benefit Dinner Sponsors

We are grateful for the generous support we have received from our Annual Benefit Dinner sponsors through the years. Please contact us if you are interested in sponsoring or attending this year's event.

Public Health - Seattle & King County

HealthPoint partners with Public Health on many initiatives to improve healthcare access and equity in our communities. Our work together includes offering vaccination clinics and outreach, providing healthcare to individuals experiencing homelessness, operating school-based clinics, and more.

Renton Area Youth and Family Services (RAYS)

RAYS provides high quality, integrated behavioral health care and prevention services to children, youth, and families. HealthPoint and RAYS operate co-located clinics at Renton High School and the Cynthia A. Green Family Center. At these locations, RAYS and HealthPoint staff work together to provide both primary medical and behavioral health care services.

Teaching Partnerships

HealthPoint has a long partnership with Bastyr University, a premier naturopathic medicine program. HealthPoint helps address the shortage of physicians and dentists in the U.S. through a unique community health center partnership with Arizona’s A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine and Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. This program includes a family medicine residency with The Wright Center Graduate Medical Education program and a residency in general dentistry with the Lutheran Medical Center.

Valley Cities

HealthPoint co-locates services with Valley Cities licensed mental health counseling, chemical dependency treatment for adults, domestic violence services for survivors and perpetrators, homeless outreach services and housing programs, family support programs, and specialized veteran’s services that deliver counseling and family support. Valley Cities has a full-service center at HealthPoint Midway. HealthPoint also has primary care clinics in Valley Cities in Kent and Auburn.

WIC (Women, Infants and Children)

WIC is a nutrition program that helps pregnant women, new mothers, and young children eat well, learn about nutrition, and stay healthy. WIC staff are available in most of HealthPoint’s clinics.
